The Pantry

You qualify for Queer Cupboard services if at least one member of your household identifies as LGBTQIA+. We can create a customized box for you up to twice a month, based on our available inventory.

Our boxes typically include a variety of items such as:

  • Food: Dry goods, baking essentials, canned goods (like vegetables, soup, and tuna), cereal, coffee, and other non-perishable food items.
  • Health and Hygiene: First aid supplies (bandages, rubbing alcohol, hand sanitizer, gloves), and personal care items (shampoo, toothpaste, menstrual products).
  • Household Essentials: A selection of basic household items (toilet paper, paper towels, cleaners).

Please note that our inventory fluctuates based on donations and demand. We appreciate your understanding.

Why We Did It

According to feedingamerica.org, almost 11,000 residents of Twin Falls County suffered from food insecurity in 2022. Knowing that there is a need in the area, Jennifer and Tiffany Fountain decided to turn their garage into a food pantry that is safe for any member of the LGBTQIA+ community to receive resources, no questions asked. All one needs to do is reach out and let the couple know how many members are in their family and when they can pick up the food. There are no restrictions for income or family size.

The Founders

Jenna and Tiffany Fountain met each other in 2017 and were married in 2019. They both have a passion for the queer community and helping in any way they can. When they noticed that the queer community in Twin Falls, Idaho was in need of a safe place to get food when in need, they knew just what to do. Opening up their garage to help others seemed like a no-brainer. Jenna is a retail store manager for Plant Therapy in the Magic Valley Mall and Tiffany works for local EHR company, BestNotes. They have several pets and also serve on the board for Southern Idaho Pride.
